CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are despatched on the day of authorisation - or the next working day if order is received after normal working hours. If we have any problems with your card or shipment we will notify you by e-mail, fax or telephone.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
All products supplied by Console Clearance are covered by our immediate exchange service - this is in addition to the manufacturers warranty. Should any item be defective upon receipt please return immediately to us with a brief note of the fault and we will exchange for the same item by return. Refunds can only be offered in the event of any item being sold out and in any event only on packages that are returned in their original factory sealed wrapping. Should you ever have need to return any item to us please ensure that you enclose the original sales receipt (or copy) and we also advise to obtain either a postal or other receipt and insure goods if they are of a valuable nature. Shipping / handling etc. charges in all cases are not refundable.
PRICING ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price (for example due to a typographical, software, human or supplier error) we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made. This includes all prices advertised electronically, sent via promotional electronic and standard post, or by any other applicable medium.
GENERAL
The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time by posting changes online. The customer is responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. The customer's continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions of use as modified by the posted changes.
